My Story

From an early age, I have been an eclectic sod.  I have spent my life constantly suspended between three worlds professionally: video games, writing, and the realm of IT.  From 2004 to 2009, I served in the United States Navy.  Some of the writings posted here will be from that time.  In 2021, I created my own game studio called AzureGames, LLC.  Makenshi has been my gamer handle since 2006.  As of the beta test for Final Fantasy XIV in 2010, the full name is Makenshi DasVeras.  Often, I stylized the name as Mak3nsh1.
