Her eyes shined bright The day they took her light The innocence taken The fear the misgivin' Another page to turn Another chapter to burn Her faith shakened Her hate quickened Bitterness absorption Unwanted abortion Seperated herself inside From the pain she'll hide Another tourniqet applied Taken aback to when he lied All her faults Never warranted this All of the fears Claimed now as his The last point of contention Destroyed by her lack of attention Again she is taken She feels so mistaken Oh why is she forsaken Why must she be breakin' Another turn for the worse He disease has run its course Tear drops no longer fall Nothing left of her at all What can be done To this little someone A life time of smiles Destroy on those miles She used to run free Now she can never be More than the pain Blood not in her veins All her faults Never warranted this All of the fears Claimed now as his The last point of contention Destroyed by her lack of attention Again she is taken She feels so mistaken Oh why is she forsaken Why must she be breakin' Her eyes shined bright Before they snuffed her light Again tears I shed As I sit by her deathbed The last glimmer dimming As her breathing is slowing Her heart I tried to save But I wasn't there in the cave The day her innocence was taken And now I'm the one mistaken Cause I can't see to get past this And already her I do miss The last dream is forsaken Her hope is breakin Death's hand guides her May nothing ever bother They took her innocence away My gods it's driving me insane My brain suffering from decay As I want to bring them her pain
